Job summary

HR Plus is seeking an Assistant Manager (Human Resources) to join the HRIS team in Hong Kong. The role supports HRIS revamp projects, identifies system gaps, and coordinates with consultants to deliver enhancements that meet user needs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR transformation and system implementation experience, including cloud implementations, with hands-on SAP SuccessFactors and PeopleSoft expertise; strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computing, Information Technology, Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in HR transformation and system implementation, with cloud implementation experience an advantage.
• Experience using SAP SuccessFactors and PeopleSoft is a must.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, be a self-starter and team player, with an analytical mind.
• Familiarize with HR practices and labour ordinance.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese and Putonghua are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support HRIS revamp project and coordinate with consultants.
• Identify system gaps and propose solutions to stakeholders.
• Ensure HRIS customization and configuration meet user requirements.
• Prepare data, conduct UAT, train users and provide related HR project support.
• Assist in ad hoc projects as directed by supervisor.
