Job summary

HR Plus is recruiting for a Senior/HR Officer (HRIS + TAS) to join its HR team in Hong Kong. The role involves supporting HRIS transformation projects, system administration, and delivering HR analytics to support strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has a degree in any discipline with 1–2 years of HR operations experience, plus strong collaboration and bilingual English/Chinese communication skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as long as the candidate shows enthusiasm for HR

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any discipline.
• 1-2 years HR operations experience.
• Experience in HR project management and/or technologies implementation is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Good collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Support HRIS transformation projects, including user requirements, data migration, UAT and user training.
• Assist system administration and maintenance with stakeholders, IT and vendors to drive alignment and deployment.
• Provide technical support on HR digitalization initiatives.
• Provide HR analytics and management reports to support business decisions.
