Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking an HRIS-focused project professional to support regional HRIS rollout across APAC. You will coordinate system testing, data migration, and production deployment for HR modules, translating HR requirements into functional specs.

• Assist in leading regional HRIS rollout, enhancement, and system optimization projects across APAC entities.

• Coordinate system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data migration, and production deployment activities for HR modules.

• Gather, document, and translate business and HR requirements into functional project specifications.

• Manage day-to-day project schedules, track milestones, and prepare progress reports for regional HR leadership.

• Collaborate with IT teams and system vendors to resolve system bugs, integration issues, and change requests.

• Develop training materials, user guides, and conduct change management sessions for end-users and HR personnel.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS support, HR project management, or HR technology implementation within financial services or corporate environments.
