Qualifications
- Experience leading projects implementing SAP SuccessFactors/Workday/Oracle Fusion, and/or other HR systems.
- Strong knowledge of HR tech trends and advisory best practices.
- Experience delivering persona-based process optimization including user requirements and journey maps.
- Delivery across the full lifecycle of HR Transformation projects from concept to execution.
Responsibilities
- Keep abreast of HR trends and industry developments to shape client people strategy.
- Identify opportunities and lead proposal development and scoping.
- Design innovative HR transformation solutions including cloud technology.
- Deliver solutions through a multi-disciplinary approach with SME collaboration.
- Coach and provide feedback to maximize team performance.
- Contribute to an inclusive and respectful team environment.
- Embrace ambiguity and drive learning through new experiences.
