Job summary

HR Plus in Hong Kong seeks an HRIS Senior Consultant (SAP) to join a leading global consulting firm. You will apply HR knowledge to design processes and technology solutions, working with SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.

You will develop reusable assets for projects, analyze HR data for insights, and communicate clearly with colleagues and clients across diverse backgrounds. A 5-day work week and competitive remuneration are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, psychology, statistics or related disciplines; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 2 years consulting experience; HR experience in corporate is a plus.
• SAP SuccessFactors and/or Workday certifications are a plus.
• In-depth understanding of HR functions including org design, executive compensation, short-term incentive, performance management, HR process, change management, HR technology solutions, etc.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Apply relevant HR functional knowledge to inform process and/or technology solutioning
• Closely work with Tier 1 Cloud Human Capital Management Platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors and/or Workday
• Develop and share reusable assets that can be readily applied to new projects
• Explore existing human capital data to derive new or deeper insights which contribute to better decision making, and identify opportunities for improvements in reporting and analysis
• Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, psychology, statistics or related disciplines, preferably MBA
• Minimum 2 years work experiences in consulting, preferably in reputable consulting company or with HR experience in corporate
• SAP SuccessFactors and/or Workday certifications a plus
• In-depth understanding of HR functions including but not limited to organization design, executive compensation, short-term incentive, performance management, HR process, change management, HR technology solutions etc
• Excellent analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills
