Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking an HRIS-focused project professional to support regional HRIS rollout across APAC. You will coordinate system testing, data migration, and production deployment for HR modules, translating HR requirements into functional specs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of HRIS support or HR technology implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience with Tier-1 HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or PeopleSoft.
• Strong project management fundamentals with experience supporting rollout lifecycles and UAT coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in multicultural environments.
