Job summary

HR Plus is recruiting for an Assistant Human Resources Manager in Hong Kong. The role supports a growing Business Partnering team with new HR initiatives, including talent management projects and employee benefits revamp.

Responsibilities cover manpower planning, recruitment, policy implementation, wellbeing benchmarking, talent management support, and HR advisory support for leadership. A degree in HR and 3+ years' HR experience are expected, with strong Cantonese/English communication.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in human resources, preferably in sizable or diversified organizations with a BP/HR Generalist skillset.
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment-related ordinances.
• Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Perform HR functions including manpower planning, staffing, and employee relationship.
• Manage full recruitment process and work with management for job specifications.
• Develop and implement effective and reliable strategies, policies and operating procedures of human resources functions to support corporate goals.
• Research and prepare benchmark on Employee Wellness.
• Assist in Talent Management & Succession Planning.
• Assist HR Leader to advise and provide solutions on HR related issues.
• Support ad hoc projects as assigned.
