CITIC Securities International is seeking an experienced HRIS support professional to manage the HR system as a superuser, ensuring accurate metrics and analytics for strategic decision-making. The role involves partnering with HR, IT, and vendors to implement system enhancements and maintain data quality.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in HRIS, HR analytics and project delivery within banking or financial services, along with proficiency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HRM or IT
• 5 years of relevant experience in application support or project management in banking/financial services
• Solid experience in human capital management systems such as Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft
• Proven track record delivering HR projects in a sizable company
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Responsabilités

• Serve as the superuser for the HR system and provide users with information, support and guidance
• Produce timely metrics and MI dashboards covering headcount, turnover, absence, performance and retention
• Prepare workforce and turnover analytics and forecast data to support business decisions

Description du poste

The role involves providing HR reporting, system administration, and operational support to the HRIS Team. This is a key supporting role that ensures the effective use and maintenance of HR systems, as well as the production of critical HR metrics and analytics.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Serve as the superuser for the HR system, offering information, technical advice, support and guidance to users on all aspects of the system
• Ensure the timely and accurate production of metrics and management information (MI) dashboards, covering areas such as headcount, turnover, employee absence, performance and retention
• Prepare workforce and turnover analytics, forecast data and identify trends to provide insights that support business decision-making and strategy formulation
• Work closely with HR users, the IT Department, external vendors and other counterparts to collect user requirements, deploy system changes and support ongoing system enhancements and maintenance
• Participate in various tasks, including system / file drive access administration, data cleansing, user trainings and the preparation of system guidelines and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology or a related discipline
• Qualifications of project management such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in application support or project management in banking or financial services industry
• Solid experience in human capital management system such as Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.
• Proven track records of delivery of HR projects in a sizable company
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
