Job summary

CLSA is seeking an experienced HRIS professional in Hong Kong to support HR data, reporting and system administration. You will work closely with HR and IT teams, managing MI dashboards and analytics to drive people decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor degree and at least 5 years' experience in HRIS or project management within financial services, with strong MS Office skills and bilingual communication in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HRM, IT or related discipline.
• PMP or equivalent project management qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in application support or project management in banking or financial services.
• Solid experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP or PeopleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR system superuser, offering information and guidance to users.
• Produce timely HR metrics dashboards covering headcount, turnover, absence, performance and retention.
• Prepare workforce and turnover analytics and forecast data to support decisions.

Job description

Position Description

The role involves providing HR reporting, system administration, and operational support to the HRIS Team. This is a key supporting role that ensures the effective use and maintenance of HR systems, as well as the production of critical HR metrics and analytics.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Serve as the superuser for the HR system, offering information, technical advice, support and guidance to users on all aspects of the system
• Ensure the timely and accurate production of metrics and management information (MI) dashboards, covering areas such as headcount, turnover, employee absence, performance and retention
• Prepare workforce and turnover analytics, forecast data and identify trends to provide insights that support business decision-making and strategy formulation
• Work closely with HR users, the IT Department, external vendors and other counterparts to collect user requirements, deploy system changes and support ongoing system enhancements and maintenance
• Participate in various tasks, including system / file drive access administration, data cleansing, user trainings and the preparation of system guidelines and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology or a related discipline
• Qualifications of project management such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in application support or project management in banking or financial services industry
• Solid experience in human capital management system such as Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.
• Proven track records of delivery of HR projects in a sizable company
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
