Job summary

Citic CLSA in Hong Kong seeks an HRIS Analyst to join the HRIS Team. The role focuses on HR reporting, system administration, and operational support to ensure effective use of HR systems and the production of key HR metrics.

You will collaborate with HR, IT and external vendors, act as the system superuser, deliver MI dashboards, and develop workforce analytics to guide business decisions and strategy. Strong English and Chinese skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in application support or project management in banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of HCM systems (Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.).
• Experience delivering HR projects in a sizable organization.
• Proficiency in MS Office; fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR system superuser, providing support and guidance to users.
• Ensure timely, accurate MI dashboards covering headcount, turnover, absence, performance, and retention.

Position Description

The role involves providing HR reporting, system administration, and operational support to the HRIS Team. This is a key supporting role that ensures the effective use and maintenance of HR systems, as well as the production of critical HR metrics and analytics.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Serve as the superuser for the HR system, offering information, technical advice, support and guidance to users on all aspects of the system
• Ensure the timely and accurate production of metrics and management information (MI) dashboards, covering areas such as headcount, turnover, employee absence, performance and retention
• Prepare workforce and turnover analytics, forecast data and identify trends to provide insights that support business decision-making and strategy formulation
• Work closely with HR users, the IT Department, external vendors and other counterparts to collect user requirements, deploy system changes and support ongoing system enhancements and maintenance
• Participate in various tasks, including system / file drive access administration, data cleansing, user trainings and the preparation of system guidelines and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology or a related discipline
• Qualifications of project management such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in application support or project management in banking or financial services industry
• Solid experience in human capital management system such as Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.
• Proven track records of delivery of HR projects in a sizable company
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
