Job summary

Contemporary Amperex Technology (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an HR Specialist focused on talent mapping and training to support our growth. You will collaborate with the recruitment team to map key positions, conduct talent market analyses, and generate reports that inform business decisions.

You will also design, develop, and deliver training programs, including online and offline sessions, workshops, and action learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of HR experience; talent development/training or talent mapping preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to support cross-department collaboration.
• Experience in event organization and training delivery.

Talent Development

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to continuously monitor industry talent trends. Support business unit needs by conducting talent mapping for key positions, performing in-depth talent market analysis, and generating relevant reports.
• Participate in talent review and succession planning activities.
• Design, develop, and execute training programs (including but not limited to online/offline sessions, workshops, and action learning) based on organizational and talent needs. Track training effectiveness to ensure a closed-loop process.

Organizational Culture

• Demonstrate the ability to deeply understand organizational needs, plan culture development initiatives, and collaborate with business units and related departments to drive cultural implementation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.

3–4 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources. Experience in talent development, training, or talent mapping is preferred.

Core Competencies

Experience in talent mapping with a strong interest and willingness to develop expertise in this area.

Ability to organize and execute training, with experience in course development or delivery.

Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of supporting cross-department collaboration effectively.

Experience in event organization, able to assist in planning and executing activities.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with experience in talent data analysis or training program support are preferred.

Strong learning agility and initiative, with a commitment to continuous professional growth.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools.
