Job summary

Rise Associates Asia Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Manager (Business Partner) to lead the learning and talent development agenda within the Human Resources team. You will design, deliver and optimise programmes that strengthen workforce capability and nurture a strong talent pipeline.

You will drive Management Trainee and other structured programmes, partner with stakeholders and vendors, and measure impact to continually improve learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Science or Psychology, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Development/ Learning & Development.
• Passionate, proactive, customer-centric, and mature.
• Well-organized with sound problem-solving and project management capabilities.
• Effective communication with good presentation and people skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Learning Management System, and training tools.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Devises and implements talent development initiatives to build up talent pipeline aligned with organisational needs.
• Drives and manages Management Trainee (MT) and other structured talent programmes, including programme design, rotation planning, training curriculum, and stakeholder management.
• Designs and delivers training programmes to staff members to upskill workforce, and to meet training needs in alignment with business priorities.
• Partners with internal stakeholders and manages external vendors to achieve programme /project objectives.
• Monitors and evaluates effectiveness of talent and training programmes through feedback and analytics; and recommends enhancements where appropriate.
• Continuously reviews processes and explores innovative approaches to improve efficiency, learning impact, and overall programme effectiveness.
