Yonyou Hong Kong/ 用友香港 is seeking an experienced HR leader to translate the Group’s globalization strategy into the local talent plan for Hong Kong, aligning closely with business growth.
You will oversee talent acquisition, structure organization, develop talent systems, and ensure HK compliance, fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture. Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
1. Strategic Implementation: Translate the Group's globalization strategy into the human resources plan for the Hong Kong region, dynamically aligning with business growth.
2. Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment of key talent and build the talent pipeline, establishing a localized talent supply chain. Design and implement high-potential talent identification, development, and succession plans to strengthen the bench strength of critical roles.
3. Organization, Talent System and Performance & Incentive System Development: Optimize the organizational structure and job architecture in Hong Kong to improve collaboration efficiency and responsiveness. Design organizational and talent development systems as well as performance and incentive systems that balance Group standards with local Hong Kong characteristics.
4. Talent Empowerment and Culture Building: Design and implement capability development programs for management and employees, enhancing cross-cultural leadership and professional competence. Foster the integration of Group culture with local culture, creating an open, inclusive, and high-performance organizational climate.
5. HR Operations: Ensure HR policies and processes comply with Hong Kong laws and regulations and manage employment risks. Lead the implementation of HR digitalization in the Hong Kong region to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 8-10 years of experience in human resources, including at least 2 years in an HR leadership role covering the Hong Kong region.
2. Background in the technology/software/internet industry is preferred; experience in managing talent across sales, delivery, and service functions is a plus.
3. Proficiency across all HR functions, with particular strength in talent recruitment, organization and talent development, and performance and incentive management.
4. Solid knowledge of Hong Kong labor law and employment practices, with strong compliance awareness and risk management experience. Excellent cross-cultural communication and coordination skills.
5. Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), both usable as working languages.
