Job summary

Contemporary Amperex Technology (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an HR Specialist focused on talent mapping and training to support our growth. You will collaborate with the recruitment team to map key positions, conduct talent market analyses, and generate reports that inform business decisions.

You will also design, develop, and deliver training programs, including online and offline sessions, workshops, and action learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of HR experience; talent development/training or talent mapping preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to support cross-department collaboration.
• Experience in event organization and training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to monitor industry talent trends, conduct talent mapping for key positions, perform in-depth talent market analysis, and generate reports.
• Participate in talent review and succession planning activities.
• Design, develop, and execute training programs (including online/offline sessions, workshops, and action learning) based on organizational and talent needs; track training effectiveness.
• Drive organizational culture development initiatives and collaborate with business units and related departments.
• Assist in planning and executing events and activities across departments.
