John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager, HR Service Delivery to deliver accurate HR services across the employee lifecycle in Hong Kong. The role involves managing payroll, employee movements, benefits administration and HR records, with close collaboration with employees, managers and service providers.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of HR operations experience, solid knowledge of HK employment law, and proficiency with HR systems like SAP and SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of HR operations or service delivery experience, with payroll exposure.
• Sound knowledge of Hong Kong employment legislation and HR policies.

Responsabilités

• Manage HR operational services across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee movements, contract changes and offboarding.
• Coordinate monthly payroll activities, validate inputs, liaise with relevant stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely, authorised submission.
• Oversee the preparation and maintenance of employment documentation, personnel records and HR system data with accuracy, confidentiality and compliance.
• Administer employee benefits and staff-related programmes, including enrolment, changes and coordination with internal teams and external providers.
• Act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR processes, policies, documentation and system requirements.
• Manage enquiries through to resolution and coordinate across the People Department, Finance, operating companies and service providers to deliver a seamless service experience.
• Review HR workflows and service practices, support process improvements, system enhancements, and adoption of AI-enabled tools.
• Support HR Service Delivery projects, cross-functional initiatives, and operational reporting while escalating risks where appropriate.
