Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of HR operations or service delivery experience.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong employment legislation and HR policies.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with multi-tasking capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operational services across the employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate monthly payroll activities and validate inputs with stakeholders.
• Maintain employment documentation, personnel records and HR system data with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Administer employee benefits and related programmes with internal and external providers.
• Act as primary contact for employees and managers on HR processes and documentation.
• Coordinate across People Department, Finance and service providers to deliver seamless service.
• Review HR workflows and support process improvements and AI-enabled tool adoption.
• Support HR Service Delivery projects and identify operational, data or compliance risks.
