Job summary

PERSOL is partnering with a global asset management company to recruit an HR Projects Specialist in Hong Kong. The role focuses on translating HR documents into English, establishing a robust document management system, and coordinating with external advisers through the project lifecycle.

You will support workstream administration, maintain orderly records, and ensure easy access to critical documents in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
