Our client, a multinational services company, is seeking an experienced Assistant HR Manager to join the People & Culture team in Hong Kong. You will handle day-to-day HR operations and staff engagement, acting as an HR advisor and business partner across the employee lifecycle.

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will drive HRIS data quality (Workday), support talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and employee relations, while collaborating with overseas

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
• 8–12+ years HR experience in hospitality/services or related industries.
• HR generalist or HRBP background across recruitment, engagement, operations, and partnering.
• Hands-on with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• English and Chinese proficiency (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders on day-to-day people matters and HR initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition activities and recruitment projects.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, CSR, wellness, and culture-building activities.
• Support performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee relations.
• Maintain and enhance HRIS data and processes, with Workday focus.
• Oversee HR operations and BAU processes; provide HR policy guidance and compliance.
• Assist in implementing regional and global HR programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with overseas HR colleagues on cross-functional projects.
