• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines.
• 7+ years of experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong HRBP and Talent Acquisition capabilities with stakeholder influence.
• Good knowledge of employee relations and governance of people activities.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Aufgaben

• Act as HR Business Partner to regional and global teams in Hong Kong, covering talent acquisition, resource planning, performance management and employee relations.
• Coordinate end-to-end project planning and execution – research, proposal, stakeholder engagement, testing, training, policy adjustments, launch.
• Manage employee relations and communications with internal and external parties.
• Lead new initiatives or governance projects to enhance employee and manager experiences in Hong Kong.
• Identify gaps to support business objectives and participate in strategy implementation.
