Job summary

AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced HR professional to deliver full HR services. You will oversee casual labor management, payroll, MPF, tax filing, recruitment up to manager level, and manpower planning for events.

The role requires strong knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, excellent communication, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or relevant disciplines.
• 6-8 years of all-round HR experience in sizeable organizations; event/hospitality/F&B preferred.
• HK Employment Ordinance knowledge and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; well-organized, fast paced and flexible.
• Team player with proactive, detailed, results-oriented mindset; independent work ability.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SAP SuccessFactors knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal clients to provide HR services and advice on HR functions.
• Oversee casual labor management, weekly payroll, MPF administration, tax filing, and related systems.
• Manage casual labor agencies and daily operations including scheduling, wage management, and manpower planning.
• Oversee recruitment and selection up to manager level with hiring managers.
• Compile and maintain HR data analysis reports.
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
