Job summary

AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide comprehensive HR services to internal clients. The role oversees casual labor management including weekly payroll, MPF, and manpower planning, and manages recruitment up to the managerial level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or relevant disciplines.
• 6-8 years of all-round HR experience in sizeable organizations; event/hospitality/F&B experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; well-organized and fast paced.
• Team player with proactive, detailed, result-oriented mindset; able to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Chinese word processing.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
• Good command of English and Chinese; Mandarin a plus. Senior Officer possible with less experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal clients to provide HR services and advice on various HR functions.
• Oversee Casual Labor Management, including weekly payroll operations, MPF administration, annual tax filing, and manpower planning.
• Manage casual labor agencies/leaders for daily operations, scheduling, wage management, and performance reviews.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process up to the manager level with hiring managers.
• Regularly compile and maintain HR data analysis reports.
• Perform any ad hoc assignments as required.
