Job summary

KOS International Limited is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to drive the company’s L&D strategy and support talent development across the organisation. The role focuses on designing leadership development, managing a training team, and partnering with business leaders to close capability gaps.

Fluent in English and Chinese, you will lead end-to-end programmes, drive succession planning, and contribute to organisational development across the business in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related.
• 8–12 years in Learning & Development / Talent Development in real estate or related industries.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing corporate training programmes.
• Hands-on exposure to talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
• Experience managing a training team is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Our client is a well-established and reputable property developer with a strong presence in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join their HR team and drive both learning and talent development initiatives across the organisation.

About the Role

This role will take ownership of the company's learning and development strategy while supporting key talent management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end L&D programmes including training needs analysis, programme design, vendor management, facilitation and evaluation.
• Manage and coach the training team to ensure effective delivery of learning initiatives.
• Design and implement leadership development and future leader programmes.
• Drive talent management initiatives including succession planning and talent review exercises.
• Partner closely with business leaders to identify capability gaps and develop talent pipelines.
• Support organisational development and employee growth initiatives across the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• 8-12 years of experience in Learning & Development / Talent Development, preferably gained from sizeable property developers, property management companies or related real estate organisations.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing corporate training programmes.
• Hands-on exposure to talent management, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
• Experience managing a training team would be highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
