KOS International Limited is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to drive the company’s L&D strategy and support talent development across the organisation. The role focuses on designing leadership development, managing a training team, and partnering with business leaders to close capability gaps.

Fluent in English and Chinese, you will lead end-to-end programmes, drive succession planning, and contribute to organisational development across the business in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related.
• 8–12 years in Learning & Development / Talent Development in real estate or related industries.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing corporate training programmes.
• Hands-on exposure to talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
• Experience managing a training team is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end L&D programmes including needs analysis, design, vendor management, facilitation and evaluation.
• Coach the training team to ensure effective delivery of learning initiatives.
• Design and implement leadership development and future leader programmes.
• Drive talent management initiatives including succession planning and talent reviews.
• Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and develop talent pipelines.
• Support organisational development and employee growth initiatives across the business.
