Job summary

Hong Kong Housing Society is seeking a senior specialist in Learning & Development to lead design and delivery of talent development initiatives that strengthen workforce capability and the talent pipeline.

You will partner with internal stakeholders to build impactful programmes, manage MT programmes, and continuously improve training effectiveness to meet organisational priorities in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Development/Learning & Development.
• Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, LMS, and training tools.

Responsibilities

• Devises and implements talent development initiatives to build up talent pipeline aligned with organisational needs.
• Drives and manages MT and other structured talent programmes, including design, rotation planning, training curriculum, and stakeholder management.
• Designs and delivers training programmes to staff to upskill workforce and meet training needs in line with business priorities.
• Partners with internal stakeholders and manages external vendors to achieve programme objectives.
• Monitors and evaluates effectiveness of talent and training programmes and recommends enhancements.
• Continuously reviews processes to improve efficiency, learning impact, and overall programme effectiveness.
