Job summary

Acclime Tax Advisory (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an HR Generalist to provide frontline support on HR matters for our Hong Kong team. You will handle queries, support payroll and benefits, and participate in full-cycle recruitment as well as onboarding and offboarding processes.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field and has at least 3 years of HR generalist experience. Strong communication, organization, and HRIS/Microsoft Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related.
• Minimum of 3 years' solid HR generalist experience in a sizeable organisation.
• Well versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and regulatory practices.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, reliable and detail-minded.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries on HR matters (policies, processes, benefits).
• Support C&B operations including payroll, MPF, taxation, medical insurance schemes, and leave management.
• Execute the full cycle of recruitment & selection: posting, sourcing, interviewing, offering.
