Job summary

Easylink Payment Network (Hong Kong) Company, Limited is seeking an HR & Admin Executive to manage payroll, benefits, records, and policy implementation. You will support performance management and recruitment, focusing on engagement and compliance within the Hong Kong team.

The role requires collaboration with business leaders and a proactive approach to HR process improvements and employee communications.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a human resources role, preferably in payroll and benefits.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in using HR information system and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee payroll and benefits, including salaries, bonuses, leave, and insurance schemes.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide support for performance management and career development initiatives.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising vacancies to onboarding successful candidates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices and employee engagement.
• Partner with business leaders to implement engagement strategies and internal communications.
