Job summary

China P & I Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an HR professional to lead full-cycle recruitment and people operations across all departments. You will post jobs, screen resumes, arrange interviews, follow up with candidates and support onboarding to ensure timely talent supply.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in HRM, Business Administration or related areas.
1-3 years of HR experience, familiar with HR processes and local labor laws.
Proficient in Chinese and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, candidate follow-up and onboarding confirmation.
Manage employee entry, transfer, promotion, resignation and other lifecycle procedures, and standardize personnel file management.
Assist in formulating and optimizing HR policies, rules and regulations, including attendance management, performance appraisal, employee welfare and training systems, and ensure effective implementation.
Complete daily HR work, cooperate with monthly payroll settlement, MPF contribution and tax declaration procedures, and assist in various HR data statistics and report compilation.
Support other HR and Admin tasks assigned by the senior management.
