Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to manage full-spectrum HR functions, including recruitment and compensation benefits for HK & Macau. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Human Resources Management, 2-4 years of relevant experience, and strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Chinese is necessary, along with good knowledge of MS Office. This role offers a competitive salary between HKD 60,000 and HKD 68,000 per month.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Retail / F&B / Frontline; experience in Beauty Industry will be a plus.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese word processing.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, C&B, Payroll and staff relations for HK & Macau.
• Manage the frontline recruitment process including resume screening, interview and selection.
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration including payroll and taxation.
