Job summary

A prominent recruitment agency in Hong Kong seeks an HR Generalist Officer to support the Regional HR Department. Qualifications

• 6 years+/- relevant HR related experience acquired from international financial institutions or management consultancy firms.
• Experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Ability to manage on/off boarding processes efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process and partner with hiring managers.
• Support HR performance & compensation review and prepare HR reports.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and employee records in compliance with governance.

Skills

Excellent communication skills in fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

Highly proficient in Excel and Powerpoint

Motivated, resourceful, solution driven and proactive team player

Education

Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
