Job summary

iGarment (Hong Kong) Ltd is seeking an HR professional to support recruitment across Hong Kong offices and other regions in Asia. The role involves using diverse channels and implementing effective selection processes to find talent for the company.

You will help build a performance evaluation framework, contribute to HR policy SOP updates, and guide staff training guidelines to enhance overall employee performance. A BA/HR degree with 3+ years in HR is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience.
• Experience in interviewing and candidate assessment; software industry preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Good analytical ability and data-driven review of performance.

Requirement :
