Job summary

Iron Mountain in Hong Kong (TST) is seeking a proactive Human Resources Officer to support HR operations, full-cycle recruitment, and HRIS administration. You will liaise between HR and IT for HRIS, manage employee records, and drive process improvements to enhance the employee experience.

The role requires a diploma or higher in HR or related fields, 3+ years HR experience, and strong English/Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant HR experience, including HR operations and full-cycle recruitment.
• Familiar with HRIS/HCM systems; experience in Workday and ServiceNow is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operational activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, movements, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates within the HRIS.
• Administer employee data, leave records, and organizational changes while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Support HR documentation, employee correspondence, and reporting requirements.
• Assist in policy implementation and HR process improvement initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce needs and interview coordination.
• Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and recruitment recommendations.
• Prepare offers, support salary negotiations, and complete references/background checks.
• Maintain recruitment records and support onboarding for new hires.
• Support daily HRIS administration, including user access management, role assignment, and workflow maintenance.
• Maintain system parameters and assist with HR system enhancements and upgrades.
• Partner with internal IT teams to support HR system requirements and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation and digitalization.
• Provide first-line support to HR users, Managers, and employees on HR systems and processes.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs, user guides and FAQ documentation.
• Conduct system walkthroughs and basic user training sessions.
• Gather user feedback and recommend system and process improvements.
• Support HR projects, employee engagement initiatives and ad hoc assignments as required.
