Job summary

Computer And Technologies International Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an HR professional to handle full HR support, from recruitment to payroll and compliance. You will manage end-to-end talent acquisition, support monthly payroll, and handle employee inquiries while ensuring HK Employment Ordinance compliance.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and bilingual English/Chinese abilities, with opportunities for training and career progression within IT staffing and services.

Qualifications

• University graduate in HR, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• 1-3 years HR or recruitment agency experience, preferably in IT.
• Fresh graduates considered for Assistant HR Officer role.
• Strong knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and related legislation.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to multitask.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; team player.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• HR systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum HR support including recruitment, compensation & benefits administration, training, employee relations, and visa applications.
• Independently manage end-to-end talent acquisition activities: postings, sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding, records.
• Support monthly payroll, MPF, and benefits administration.
• Handle routine HR inquiries and assist in employee relations matters.
• Prepare periodic HR reports for management review.
• Ensure HR practices comply with HK Employment Ordinance and regulations.
• Participate in HR projects and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
