Job summary

Tung Wah Group of Hospitals invites applications for a clerical HR support role in Hong Kong. The position covers payroll and work injury case handling, HR statistics reporting, and HRIS maintenance, with responsibilities extending to general office administration.

The ideal candidate will have HKCEE passes or equivalent with relevant HR experience, good interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office. A 2-year contract and benefits are offered, including MPF and insurance coverage.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and Chinese/English word-processing.
• Knowledge in human resources management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Render clerical support for daily HR administration including payroll and work injury cases.
• Prepare/update reports related to HR statistics and assist policy reviews.
• Render support to develop and maintain the HR Information System.
• Undertake general office administration including document management and stock-taking.
• Handle internal and external enquiries on operational matters and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
