Tung Wah Group of Hospitals in Hong Kong is seeking a capable HR Assistant to deliver day-to-day human resources support. You will handle recruitment, re-appointment, payroll and work injury administration while providing executive support for manpower/pay/HR policy reviews and ad hoc projects.
You will also assist in planning and coordinating staff events, manage office routines, and carry out other duties as assigned.
Deliver day-to-day human resources support services, such as recruitment, re-appointment, payroll and work injury administration;
provide executive support for the review of manpower/pay/HR policies and ad hoc projects/tasks;
assist in planning, designing, coordinating and implementing staff events/initiatives; and
handle office administration routines and carry out any other duties as assigned.
A recognized degree or equivalent;
at least Grade D in English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language in the HKCEE or equivalent;
proficiency in English and Chinese, and preferably Putonghua;
preferably relevant experience in event management;
preferably good knowledge in word-processing and other office software applications; and
good interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work independently with initiative and have a strong sense of responsibility.

The successful candidate will be on temporary basis with a remuneration package which will be commensurate with his/her background and experience. The continuation of employment and employment terms thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement. The incumbent will normally work under a 5-day week schedule subject to operational needs and exigencies of the service.
