Job summary

Tung Wah Group of Hospitals is seeking a Human Resources Executive V for Admin HQs. You will handle payroll administration, maintain HRIS personnel records, and improve HR operations to ensure timely, accurate processing in line with corporate policies.

The role also covers staff retirement schemes review, MPF option exercises, and executive support for the Staff Retirement Schemes Management Committee, with duties including supervising clerical staff and interns and managing office budgets and

Qualifications

• A recognized degree in HR management or accounting.
• Grade D or above in English Language and Chinese Language (HKCEE or equivalent).
• Preferably 2 years of post-qualification administrative experience.
• Payroll administration knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for payroll administration including updating HRIS personnel records and processing payroll transactions.
• Deliver executive support for policy and administration matters including MPF schemes.
• Provide executive support to the Staff Retirement Schemes Management Committee.
• Oversee office administration including budgets, annual plans, and returns.
• Supervise a team of clerical staff and interns to deliver HR results efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and employment ordinances.
