Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a senior HR & Administration Manager to lead HR strategy execution, oversee payroll, benefits, recruitment, and performance management, and drive learning and development initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field, 8 years in HR/administration with 5+ years in management, and strong fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• 8 years’ solid experience in human resources and administration, including at least 5 years in a managerial experience.
• Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance is a must
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Assist the C-level to planning and executing HR & admin strategies.
• Supervise the all round of HR functions, including compensation and benefits, payroll, recruitment, performance management, learning and development, MPF, tax reporting, leave management and employee relations.
• Oversee daily administrative duties, including procurement, insurance schemes, company registration, cost control, travel arrangement and company events etc
• Prepare various reports which related to People & Administrative forecast and budgeting
