Klook is seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven Senior Associate - CRM Campaign Operations to own the Hong Kong market within our North Asia Pod. You will take 100% operational ownership of HK campaigns, managing end-to-end builds, audience targeting, creative deployment, and performance tracking across Email, App Push, and local channels.

Formación

• 2–4 years in CRM, digital marketing, or e-commerce campaign ops for HK market.
• Able to coordinate central and local teams with influence.
• Experience with major marketing automation platforms.
• Strong data-minded with GA/SQL/dashboarding exposure.
• Familiarity with URL tracking and HTML/CSS basics.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese (zh-HK).

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Build & Deployment: Own HK campaign builds across Email, App Push, and local channels.
• Platform Configuration & QA: Manage CRM stack configurations, templates, deep links, and UTM tracking.
• Localization & UX Standards: Ensure HKD formatting, zh-HK copy, and brand guidelines.
• Ingestion & Local Alignment: Process briefs from HK teams with SLA discipline.
• Template & Asset Adaptation: Use modular HTML/CSS templates for high-converting layouts.
• Testing, Performance & Analytics: Run A/B tests; monitor metrics and report to leadership.
• Hygiene & Exclusion Control: Apply fatigue rules and frequency caps to protect data.
• Performance Tracking: Track metrics and maintain logs for central HK leadership.
