This role requires a proactive campaign owner with market sense, TA logic, copywriting skills, and technical execution to drive customer lifetime value.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years hands-on CRM experience in HK retail or service.
• Ability to own campaigns end-to-end, blending messaging with technical execution.
• Experience in segmentation logic, data filtering, and conversion tracking.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to leverage AI tools for content drafting and campaign workflow.
• Familiarity with marketing automation systems and CRM platforms.

Aufgaben

• Conceptualize, draft, and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns aligned with promotional calendars, retention goals, and commercial targets.
• Maintain automated customer engagement and conversion journeys.
• Manage, optimize, and grow customer loyalty and referral programs; design reward structures, track participation/redemptions, and refine mechanics to boost customer lifetime value and organic acquisition.
• Build, test, and validate precise target audience (TA) segments and filtering logic to ensure message relevance, database health, and high deliverability.
• Analyze program and campaign performance, produce actionable reports to optimize retention and conversion metrics.
