Job summary

Our client in Hong Kong seeks a data-driven Senior Marketing Executive to shape client retention and loyalty strategy. You will build global retention toolkits empowering local markets to drive trading revenue from a diverse client base.

Focus on CRM, lifecycle marketing, and turning data insights into actionable initiatives, with a seat at the table to influence strategy across global HQ and regional teams.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, e-Commerce, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in retention, loyalty, CRM, or lifecycle marketing; Executive level may consider slightly less.
• Experience or interest in financial trading, online brokers, or FinTech is advantageous.
• Hands-on proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and MarTech platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset, commercially driven, translating data into marketing actions.
• Creative, self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin for global coordination.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and manage global retention programs across the client lifecycle.
• Lead omni-channel campaign planning across touchpoints with internal teams.
• Track and analyze retention KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategy.
• Act as liaison between Global HQ and local markets for localization and projects.
