Job summary

Cheil Hong Kong Limited is seeking an Account Executive / Sr. Account Executive (CRM) to own and optimize CRM campaigns across multiple channels.

You will manage day-to-day client communications, coordinate with internal teams, and drive data-driven improvements in engagement and performance. The role requires a minimum of 1 year in CRM/digital marketing, strong communication, and attention to detail in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more experience in CRM/digital/marketing roles; agency background preferred.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actions.
• Strong communication and collaborative stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented with quality assurance and project follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Client Servicing: manage day-to-day communications, briefs, and deliverables.
• Campaign Management: execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (push, email, WhatsApp, SMS).
• Quality Assurance: support setup and conduct UAT for flawless execution.
• Data & Insights: analyze performance, generate reports, identify trends.
• Performance Monitoring: track CRM metrics, provide optimization recommendations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align with Creative, Retail, Event teams.
