Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited is recruiting for a full-time contract to deliver general helpdesk support and IT system maintenance for HK Post under the T26 project. The contract runs from 01 Nov 2026 to 31 Jan 2027, with duties at Tsuen Wan, Kowloon Bay and other HKP offices.

You will provide helpdesk support for IT systems, remote software configuration, on-site hardware installation, data migration and health-checks, and perform inventory audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in PC with Windows environment.
• Proven customer support experience in technical roles is an advantage.
• Ability to work at multiple HKP locations.
• Willingness to overtime, and weekend work when necessary.
• Criminal record check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk support for IT systems and daily operations.
• Deliver remote software configuration and workstation setup assistance.
• Perform on-site hardware/software installation and PC maintenance.
• Assist in project rollout, co-ordination, data migration and backups.
• Conduct daily health-checks and data centre monitoring.
• Maintain IT inventory and conduct audits across HKP offices.
