Job summary

Guardian Group in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Learning & Development leader to formulate and drive training and development initiatives aligned with business needs. You will conduct needs analyses across units and design, deliver, and evaluate programs for staff at all levels.

The role requires 8+ years in L&D with at least 3 years in management, strong facilitation and stakeholder management, and proficiency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM, Business Admin, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in Learning & Development with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Hands-on experience in conducting and facilitating training programmes for frontline and managerial staff.
• Proven track record in developing training materials, delivering structured learning programmes and evaluating training effectiveness.
• Experience in property management or service-oriented industries is advantageous.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Mature, proactive and able to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong planning, analytical and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital learning systems.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement training and development initiatives aligned with business and operational requirements.
• Conduct training needs analysis and identify learning priorities across different business units.
• Design, organize, facilitate and evaluate training programmes for employees at all levels.
• Deliver in-house training programmes, workshops, leadership development programs and other learning activities.
• Work closely with department heads and management to identify talent development needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
• Lead and coordinate quality management and continuous improvement projects, including ISO-related training activities.
• Support ESG and OSH initiatives through training, awareness campaigns and engagement activities.
• Manage training records, budgets, learning data and training effectiveness reports.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company policies and relevant industry regulations relating to training and development.
• Liaise with external training providers, professional bodies and educational institutions as required.
• Undertake ad hoc projects and assignments as delegated by management.
