Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks a proactive HR leader to design and drive leadership development, culture initiatives, and learning solutions. You will lead workshops, coordinate engagement surveys, and partner with institutions to attract talent, while supporting group-wide talent management and culture programs.

The role emphasizes developing customer-centric service excellence and building a high-performing workforce through structured L&D and consulting within the Group.

Qualifications

• 4 years' admin experience preferably in human resources management.
• Lead the Leadership Dev & Mgmt Training Section.
• Offer Consultancy & Advice for Learning Solutions.
• Support on Corporate’s Culture Initiatives.
• Less experience will be considered as an Assistant Manager Grade.

Responsibilities

• Design programs to embed a customer-centric culture and service excellence.
• Develop learning experiences to deepen product expertise and selling skills.
• Lead workshops that inspire participation and real-time skill practice.
• Coordinate end-to-end employee engagement surveys and feedback mechanisms.
• Drive L&D initiatives to build a high-performing workforce.
• Establish global partnerships with educational institutions to attract talents.
• Support talent management processes at Group level.
• Lead talent, engagement and culture initiatives.
• Support on Corporate’s Culture Initiatives.
