Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a Head of Learning & Development, Services, in Hong Kong to lead the learning, leadership development and capability-building initiatives across Greater China. You will partner with business leaders and HR to shape a future-ready workforce.

The role oversees design, delivery and ongoing improvement of learning programmes, leveraging digital tools and emerging technologies to drive a culture of continuous learning and measurable impact.

Qualifications

Proven L&D leader with experience in leadership development and organisational learning initiatives.
Passionate about people development and aligning learning with business strategy.
Strong programme design, facilitation and measurement of learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead the L&D agenda across Greater China, partnering closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders.
Oversee design, delivery and continuous enhancement of learning and leadership development programmes.
Evaluate programme effectiveness and drive adoption of digital learning solutions that support growth.
