Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a senior HR leader to drive the HR function for a workforce of over 500 employees. You will lead HRBP, compensation & benefits, and L&D teams, partnering with senior business leaders to improve organisation effectiveness, workforce planning and employee engagement.

Qualifications include 12+ years in HR with recent leadership as Head of HR/HR Director. Sound knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and a coaching leadership style are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with 12+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience as Head of HR, HR Director or Senior HR Manager within a sizeable organisation.
• Strong hands-on experience across business partnering, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, talent management and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR function across HRBP, compensation & benefits, and learning & development.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive organisation effectiveness, workforce planning, succession planning and performance management.
• Oversee annual people processes including manpower planning, salary reviews, incentive schemes and talent development programmes.
• Leverage people analytics to support informed decision-making and productivity.
• Serve as trusted advisor on employee relations, organisational change and leadership matters.
