$1200k - $1500k p.a. + discretionary bonus

Description

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will lead the learning and development agenda across Greater China, partnering closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to strengthen organisational capability, leadership effectiveness and workforce readiness. The incumbent will oversee the design, delivery and continuous enhancement of learning, management and leadership development programmes, ensuring initiatives are aligned with evolving business priorities and future talent requirements. Working with an established team, the successful candidate will introduce innovative learning approaches, leverage digital and emerging technologies where appropriate, and drive a culture of continuous learning across the organisation. The role will also be responsible for evaluating programme effectiveness, identifying capability gaps and implementing best-in-class learning solutions that support employee growth at all levels, organisational performance and long-term business success.

Profile

• Proven Learning & Development leader with experience designing and delivering leadership development, management capability and organisational learning initiatives within a sizeable and sophisticated organisation.
• Passionate about people development, with a genuine interest in learning, education and helping individuals and organisations realise their full potential.
• Strong programme design and facilitation skills, with the ability to develop impactful learning solutions aligned to business strategy and organisational needs.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior stakeholders and business leaders to identify capability gaps, influence learning priorities and drive organisational effectiveness.
• Exposure to customer-centric and service-oriented environments such as retail, hospitality, aviation, financial services, or other large-scale commercial organisations would be highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with digital learning solutions, learning technologies and emerging trends including AI-enabled learning tools, with sound judgement around governance, risk and data security considerations.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the maturity and credibility to engage audiences at all levels.
• Innovative, commercially minded and able to balance strategic thinking with practical execution in a fast-paced environment.
