Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a data-driven MarTech analytics lead to own tracking, measurement, and data enrichment across web and apps. You will partner with engineering and growth to ensure accurate GA4/GTM signals, Appsflyer/Firebase events, and privacy-compliant data flows.

In this role you will build scalable data pipelines, write advanced SQL, create dashboards in Tableau and Databricks, and help shape MMM/MTA models, LTV analysis, and incrementality testing to optimize crypto growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 4+ years in MarTech tracking and growth analytics; crypto/fintech a plus.
• Deep GA4 and GTM proficiency; data layer design.
• Expertise in ad platform signals and postbacks.
• Mobile app tracking with AppsFlyer and Firebase.
• Experience with MMM, MTA, incrementality tests.
• Understanding CAC, LTV, cohort analysis.
• Familiarity with CDP/CRM tools and privacy signals.
• Advanced SQL, Databricks and Tableau experience.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end web tracking architecture across GA4 and GTM.
• Implement and document Data Layer requirements for accurate signals.
• Maintain AppsFlyer and Firebase tracking and SDK/S2S events.
• Audit tracking tools for data quality and privacy-compliant routing.
• Collaborate to optimize ad platform signal consumption.
• Lead data pipelines and automated QA monitoring.
• Translate marketing use cases into engineering tickets.
• Document tracking architecture and data schemas.
