UMX seeks an Overseas Growth Manager to lead user acquisition outside Hong Kong, driving multilingual SEO and geo-focused strategies. You will build local channels in Southeast Asia, Türkiye, the Middle East, and Russian-speaking markets to convert traffic into sign-ups, KYC approvals, and funded accounts.

You will collaborate with BD and marketing, measure attribution, optimize budgets by market, and stay ahead of AI search and platform changes to sustain growth.

Formación

• 3+ years of overseas growth or channel development experience at a crypto exchange, online brokerage, or cross-asset fintech platform.
• Quantified SEO results from a 0-to-1 build; hands-on or structured knowledge of GEO.
• Fluent English; proficiency in a target-market language is a strong plus.
• Data-driven; able to independently build attribution and weekly reporting frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Own multilingual technical and content SEO across the website, app landing pages, and blog; build brand signals and citations to increase AI visibility and sign-ups.
• Research investor acquisition paths in target markets and develop local channels incl. KOLs, communities, media, affiliates, and paid placements.
• Localize multilingual content, landing pages, and campaigns to clearly convey UMX’s value proposition.
• Build channel-level attribution and report sign-ups, KYC, funding, and trading volume by market and channel.
• Monitor competitor channel strategies and algorithm changes across search and AI platforms in each target market.
