Overview
Animoca Brands Corporation Limited (ACN: 122 921 813) is a Web3 leader using tokenization and blockchain to deliver digital property rights and support the open metaverse. Minds by Animoca Brands is a persistent AI agent that users engage with via Telegram, email, or a Progressive Web App, with no hardware or setup required. It remembers context, selects tools for each job, and can be shared across people and organizations, drawing on a large ecosystem of skills, apps, and tools. The platform features an expanding ecosystem with hundreds of skills, apps, and tools, and an Investment Programme supporting AI start-ups building on Minds. This is a high-growth, fast-paced environment where the role requires a strong operator with sharp project management skills and accountability for outcomes.
We are seeking a results-driven operator to own the launch funnel and drive growth across the consumer funnel that leads visitors to launch their first Minds and to run experiments that move that number.
Responsibilities
- Own the launch funnel
- Drive acquisition: take responsibility for growth and acquisition across key target markets. Adapt marketing strategy to the characteristics of each channel.
- Full-funnel optimisation: manage the full funnel from first touch to launch, iterating to reduce top-of-funnel drop-off and lift conversions at every stage.
- Read the signal: monitor post-launch drop-off and day-two return, feeding insights back into targeting and onboarding with data and product collaboration.
- User insights: use insights to identify friction points, extract messaging hooks, and inform channel strategy.
- Constant experimentation
- Test cadence: run a steady cadence of rigorous tests across landing pages, onboarding flows, messaging, and CTAs, prioritizing user outcomes.
- Documented wins: establish a repeatable testing framework with clearly documented wins and optimization baselines.
- Paid media and acquisition
- CAC discipline: own paid channel decisions and spend toward acquisition targets, focusing on short-term cost control.
- Organic levers: develop community and referral channels as sustainable growth drivers.
- Data and attribution
- Data integrity: work with the data team to improve tracking, attribution models, and rely on accurate metrics.
- Funnel instrumentation: establish a fully instrumented funnel with a measurable baseline.
Qualifications
- Data-driven operator: proven experience owning, instrumenting, and testing a consumer funnel.
- Proven growth track record: 5–6 years of growth marketing experience, with a track record of entering and scaling consumer products in new markets; strong B2C experience in a high-growth environment preferred.
- Target regions: Southeast Asia, East Asia (e.g., Hong Kong, Japan, Korea), or Western Europe.
- Performance marketing foundation: proficiency in paid media and performance channels with a history of scaling under CAC constraints; understanding of lifecycle marketing and full-funnel experimentation.
- Clear communicator: ability to surface resource needs, operational efficiencies, and bottlenecks to stakeholders.
- Tool savvy: experience with lifecycle and CRM tools, event/UTM design, and analytics platforms.
- Builder mindset: thrives at the intersection of product, data, and creative execution in fast-paced environments.
- Passionate and adaptable: enthusiastic about AI products; comfortable with shifting acquisition surfaces. Web3 literacy is a plus.
- Language skills: strong communication in relevant regional languages; proficiency in Southeast Asian languages, Japanese, Korean, or European languages is advantageous.
Benefits and Working Environment

- Identify low-CAC channels and scale them efficiently.
- Establish a repeatable, reliable experiment cadence with documented wins.
- Show measurable growth in active Minds users with defendable attribution data.
