You'll own multi-channel paid media, collaborate with sales for lead quality and build robust tracking and reporting to explain how every dollar drives growth.

Qualifications

• Experience running paid campaigns in B2B/fintech/tech.
• Strong analytical judgment on CPC, CPA and attribution.
• Structured testing with measurable results and clear storytelling.
• Willingness to roll up sleeves in a small, fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, run and optimise paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn and Meta.
• Own the funnel from first click to qualified lead, working with sales on lead quality.
• Set up the tracking, testing and reporting that show what is working, and what is not.
• Decide where each dollar of budget goes next, and explain why.
